Your Custom Research Feed is tailored to you, based on your research interests. Customizing it further is an easy way to stay up-to-date on advances in your field.
On the Resources Dashboard, the NotedSource platform provides a research feed that allows you to get customized email alerts for new research in your field from publishers like Nature, Science, Wiley, Springer, The Lancet,The New England Journal of Medicine, and more.
To customize the feed:
- Press the Create Custom Feed icon in the top right corner.
- Narrow by NotedSource’s auto-populated disciplines, or you can type in a focus area of your choice. You can also create your own boolean string that will make a search query for you based on your specific interests/expertise.
- After configuring your query, you can preview the results by selecting a timeframe on the right hand side.
- When you're finished adjusting the query, click Continue to set the frequency at which you would like to receive these emails (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- Press finish to submit these and you will be notified when new articles match your selected criteria.
